Department of Foreign Economic Relations

On January 19, 2007 Administration of Kemerovo region and the Kuzbass Chamber of Commerce and Industry signed an agreement in accordance with which the Kuzbass CCI is delegated with the administrative functions foreign economic relations. Thus, the Chamber’s structure was renewed by the department of foreign relations. The obtained opportunities and credentials allow solving the problems of business in Kuzbass in the sphere of external relations comprehensively.

Functions:

- organization of the interaction with embassies, the trade representatives of foreign states, international organizations, and other foreign partners for the purpose of establishment of mutually beneficial collaboration.
- realization of consultations connected with foreign juridical persons’ functioning on the territory of Kuzbass region and the creation of  organizations with foreign investments.
- visits and receptions organization of official delegations and business circles.
- providing assistance to the organizations of Kemerovo region in realization of foreign relations.
- consulting the organizations of Kemerovo region in the sphere of foreign trade.
- development of business tourism on the international and Russian level.
- participation of Kemerovo region in the fairs and exhibitions of Russia and abroad.
- forming of suggestions of enactments, regulating the foreign economic problems and investment activity.
